Job Summary NetApp is seeking a dedicated Product Configuration Manager (PCM) to play a pivotal role in managing business requirements and the lifecycle of products within the commerce cycle. We are looking for an individual with deep expertise in Oracle BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, part attribution, and product positioning. Your skills will be instrumental in guiding managers to standardize the quoting process for their products, ensuring efficiency and consistency across the organization. Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: Product Positioning: Leverage your expertise in product positioning to guide and support managers in aligning products with market demands and business strategies. Oracle BOM Management: Oversee the creation and management of Oracle BOMs, ensuring precise marketing part creation and attribution of parts. Standardization of Quoting Process: Lead initiatives to standardize the quoting process for products, ensuring all quotes are accurate, timely, and consistent throughout the organization. Business Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure product development aligns with business objectives and customer needs. Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of products within the commerce cycle, from inception to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive product strategies and successful product launches. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within the product lifecycle and business requirements management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. SDLC Agile Principles: Serve as a product owner, adhering to Agile principles to drive product development and delivery. Configurator UI Design: Work closely with the UX team to design and write requirements for the configurator UI in the quoting tool, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient interface. Education Preferred 5-8 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree in arts or science (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in Oracle BOM creation and management. Strong understanding of product positioning and market analysis. Experience in standardizing business processes, particularly in the quoting process. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of product lifecycle management within a commerce cycle. Familiarity with leading CPQ and billing systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills. Oracle Technofunctional Team Lead with expertise in BOM, Purchasing (PO), and Order Management (OM) modules, PO, OM Module Implementation skills, SQL query, RCA

We are looking for a Principal Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs, also have experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards. You will also have experience in maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SAAS, either on-site or remotely, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA and integration to Oracle SaaS products, Develops, integrates and implements applications components including front-end development, internal database integration and OTBI Reports. Plays a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of Oracle Cloud applications What you will do Ability to be a technical team leader and coach team members in relevant skills. What we are looking for For a Professional of relevant work experience with expertise in EBS and Fusion SAAS application specially the SCM track who can work on a range of projects including Oracle SCM Cloud, Payroll and Cloud ERP as a Technical specialist handling tasks ranging from building integrations from the ground up, troubleshooting on existing technical solutions and offering advisory and pre-sales expertise,responsible for requirement gathering, CRP workshops, design, configuration, fast formula writing, testing, parallel payroll run strategy and execution 10+ Years in delivering Oracle solutions and/or transformation programs ideally using cloud technologies. Applicants are required to read, write, and speak English You may be required to deliver services both remotely or onsite depending on business requirements. You have experience acting as a specialist, developer or similar with cloud solution design, development and delivery. You are proficient in designing and developing Oracle cloud solutions. You haveexcellent analytical, problem solving, strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the customer organization. You are an undergraduate or higher level degree(s) holder or having an equivalent work experience will be considered too. Responsibilities 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Applications in a techno-functional or functional role. Proven experience in Oracle Maintenance (eAM or equivalent), Discrete Manufacturing, and Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM). Strong understanding of Oracle BOM, Routings, Work Orders, and WIP. Experience working in manufacturing or asset-intensive industries is a plus. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing and Maintenance modules. Knowledge of Oracle Inventory, Quality, or Costing modules. Familiarity with OTBI, BI Publisher, or Oracle Alerts/Bursting for reporting needs.
