Oracle Apps Financial Functional Consultant

As a Senior Oracle Finance Functional Consultant at Wipro Limited, you will play a crucial role in the telecom industry with a focus on Oracle ERP systems. Your main responsibilities will include: - Conducting Business Process Analysis to document financial processes, assess for improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into technical specifications - Providing functional configuration support by setting up modules, configuring security, workflows, and reporting in Oracle Fusion Finance - Applying deep knowledge of telecom-specific financial processes like revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and cost allocation - Designing and implementing business processes in Oracle ERP to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance - Developing integration plans to align operations and finance processes of acquired organizations with the parent company - Designing a Target Operating Model for Finance processes that supports strategic objectives and ensures scalability and flexibility - Experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Fusion Finance solutions Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred - 9+ years of experience in Finance transformation and process design - Expertise in Finance target operating model design and process optimization - Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex transformation initiatives - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in MS Visio and MS PowerPoint Additionally, at Wipro, we are focused on reinventing our business and industry, and we are looking for individuals who are inspired by reinvention and constant evolution.
