In this role, you will have the following individual accountabilities: **Collaboration:** - Collaborate and communicate with relevant domain Business Process Owners, Business Process Experts, Key Business Users, and End Users. - Work with Product Owners, Oracle Operation & Optimization colleagues, and 3rd parties to ensure deployed solutions meet business needs. - Collaborate with the wider Oracle Operation & Optimization team to ensure consistency and standards are followed for documentation and approach. **Application Support & Maintenance:** - Be a part of the Oracle Operation & Optimization Domain team implementing solutions to address business priorities, focusing on improving End User experience, functionality, and efficiency. - Utilize business process knowledge and Oracle domain configuration knowledge to efficiently deliver Oracle solutions. - Work with Arcadis 3rd party vendors to assess, validate proposed solutions, and address incidents/problems. - Participate in the Oracle Quarterly Update process and support sessions to enhance business efficiency. **Application Enhancement & Continuous Improvement:** - Collaborate with various teams to deliver Continuous Improvement (CI) projects in the Oracle domain portfolio. - Contribute to Proof of Concepts (POCs) and functional design workshops. - Prepare documentation of configuration changes for CI projects for knowledge transfer. **Vendor Management:** - Review proposed configuration changes by 3rd parties. - Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and quality in collaboration with 3rd parties. Additionally, you will have shared accountabilities such as partnering with other teams, participating in Oracle Quarterly Update testing, and developing Oracle SOP, KBA, and training material. **Key Profile Requirements:** - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Projects Portfolio Management SME/Consultant. - Experience in successfully delivering configuration changes in a large global company. - Knowledge of Oracle integration Cloud, SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher is advantageous. - Oracle certifications related to Project Portfolio Management are a plus. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
