Role & responsibilities About the role / Job summary: The Senior Analyst, Technical Support leads strategic initiatives and process improvements for the Expense Payables department. This role requires a thorough understanding of Oracle AP functionality, accounting, and workflow to support Oracle Super User requests. The Senior Analyst acts as a liaison between business and IT for Expense Payables requests, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues. The candidate should have project experience, strong multi-tasking abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. What youll do / Job description: - Lead initiatives with minimal to moderate direction, allowing operational teams to focus on their day-to-day duties. - Review and assess current operational processes in Expense Payables, providing input and opportunities for improvement. - Complete Oracle AP Super User tasks and lead the review of minor enhancement requests. - Act as a subject matter expert for changing and implementing new processes or technology. - Oversee the day-to-day progress of assigned projects and initiatives, applying proven project management techniques. - Assist business with IT ticket monitoring and resolution, ensuring timely issue resolution. - Maintain excellent customer service and meet department commitments, ensuring compliance with best-in-class standards and established control methodologies. Preferred candidate profile Broad understanding of finance, including business strategy, financial systems, business process design, and implementation. - Proven track record of implementing successful large-scale projects and related best practices, both technical and operational. - Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with demonstrated ability in making decisions and exercising good judgment. - Subject matter expertise in business process and technology, with the ability to address highly complex technical issues. - Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence people and processes.

We are hiring an Oracle ERP Cloud Consultant - Report Conversion Developer to provide consulting expertise and lead Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. This role involves configuring Oracle ERP Cloud applications, managing report conversions, and providing technical solutions for business requirements.
