Product Manager Ops & Back Office Gurgaon – Full time Indiabulls Securities Limited Are you excited about building scalable, compliant, and seamless back-office systems that support millions of trades and investors? Do you have strong experience in operations and clearing/settlement functions in Indian broking? If yes, we’re looking for a Product Manager – Ops & Back Office to transform how back-office and operational workflows support our fast-growing retail trading business. What You’ll Work On: Own the roadmap of back-office systems – settlements, payouts, reconciliations, contract notes, and client reporting. Streamline and digitize trade lifecycle operations – from trade confirmation to clearing corporation obligations. Partner with clearing members, depositories, and exchanges to ensure smooth settlements. Define products for funds and securities ledger management, P&L reporting, and brokerage workflows . Enhance compliance with regulatory reporting requirements (SEBI, NSE/BSE/MCX, NSDL/CDSL) . Work with tech teams to automate ops-heavy processes and improve T+1/T+0 settlement readiness. What We’re Looking For: 3–6 years of product/operations experience in back office, settlements, or clearing systems at a broker, exchange, or fintech. Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, depositories, and settlement cycles . Knowledge of RMS/OMS integration with back office . Familiarity with compliance reporting formats and SEBI requirements . Preferred Background: Product/ops roles at brokers, clearing members, or back-office fintechs . Experience with retail back-office systems (ledger, payout, taxation, P&L). Prior involvement in T+1 settlement process implementation . Why Join Us?
