Role & responsibilities Responsible for outgoing Quality & Field issues. Monitoring weekly voice of customer (Field) & feedback given to production & LQA team. Responsible for OQA daily/weekly/monthly reports. Daily sampling of Performance test & 3F testing as per ISO standard & specifications. Monthly training to OQA operator. New model Pilot Lot Clearance to Mass production, based on R&D & PP lot closure report. Review & revision of OQA work instruction, SOP, Instrument manual, Procedure, Check sheet & Inspection guide. To follow the ISO standard for testing as defined. Responsible for ISO Audit activity Responsible for FCR reduction. Hold lot for Defect. Take action from Prod. & LQA for defect. Responsible for OQA lab 6S audit. Stop line, if given action is not implemented or follow. Testing Standard upgradation. Preferred candidate profile Quality management, Spare parts management. Team building and Leadership to maintain Input and Output process. Knowledge of LED TV Product Reliability testing. Knowledge of 7QC Tools, Six Sigma etc.

1) Conduct (PDI) of finished products. 2) Verify product specifications, packaging, labeling, & documentation. 3) Initiate corrective & preventive actions. 4) Maintain inspection records & generate quality reports.

Role & responsibilities Managing overall OQA planning and monitoring regular activities. Highlighting major issues, analyzing root cause and following up for countermeasures. Ensuring the OQA trends (CTS and 3F) are improving and repeated issues getting reduced. Collecting field feedback and issues from Field QA and verifying these issues during OQA activities. OQA checklist updatation review as and when required. (regarding field complaint / line issues) Overall management of Third party audits (Croma, etc.) Service spares filled ratio monitoring & achieved as per define target. Export CKD & SKD – Spares kit packing with zero discrepancy & packing completion as per stuffing plan. Model wise Service BOM preparation with service bill rate. Service introduction of the newly launched model / product for service spares parts system. Coordination with branches for their service & spares issues. MSL & EPR parts procurement, packing & dispatches plan & execution. Stores inventory cost reduction - by dispatching Nonmoving parts to service spares. Export customers feedbacks corrective action & spares support. Export CKD & SKD – Spares kit packing with zero discrepancy & packing completion as per stuffing plan. As per export stuffing plan, preparation 1% FOC Spares parts list & confirmed from customers. Exploded view & service manuals shared with customers. Export country wise Stuffing report preparation. Preferred candidate profile Refrigeration cycle, Ref product knowledge, SAP, WMS, TQM, ISO etc. Process audit skills.
