Role & responsibilities Responsible for outgoing Quality & Field issues. Monitoring weekly voice of customer (Field) & feedback given to production & LQA team. Responsible for OQA daily/weekly/monthly reports. Daily sampling of Performance test & 3F testing as per ISO standard & specifications. Monthly training to OQA operator. New model Pilot Lot Clearance to Mass production, based on R&D & PP lot closure report. Review & revision of OQA work instruction, SOP, Instrument manual, Procedure, Check sheet & Inspection guide. To follow the ISO standard for testing as defined. Responsible for ISO Audit activity Responsible for FCR reduction. Hold lot for Defect. Take action from Prod. & LQA for defect. Responsible for OQA lab 6S audit. Stop line, if given action is not implemented or follow. Testing Standard upgradation. Preferred candidate profile Quality management, Spare parts management. Team building and Leadership to maintain Input and Output process. Knowledge of LED TV Product Reliability testing. Knowledge of 7QC Tools, Six Sigma etc.
