To follow the ISO standard for testing as defined. Responsible for ISO Audit activity Responsible for FCR reduction. Hold lot for Defect. Take action from Prod. & LQA for defect. Responsible for OQA lab 6S audit. Stop line, if given action is not implemented or follow. Testing Standard upgradation. Preferred candidate profile Quality management, Spare parts management. Team building and Leadership to maintain Input and Output process. Knowledge of LED TV Product Reliability testing. Knowledge of 7QC Tools, Six Sigma etc.

MSL & EPR parts procurement, packing & dispatches plan & execution. Stores inventory cost reduction - by dispatching Nonmoving parts to service spares. Export customers feedbacks corrective action & spares support. Export CKD & SKD – Spares kit packing with zero discrepancy & packing completion as per stuffing plan. As per export stuffing plan, preparation 1% FOC Spares parts list & confirmed from customers. Exploded view & service manuals shared with customers. Export country wise Stuffing report preparation. Preferred candidate profile Refrigeration cycle, Ref product knowledge, SAP, WMS, TQM, ISO etc. Process audit skills.
