Clinical Responsibilities: Perform accurate and comprehensive refraction tests and eye examinations using advanced equipment. Deliver a personalized luxury experience that aligns with the stores premium positioning. Maintain product knowledge of global eyewear brands and the latest optical innovations. Store Support & Operations: Collaborate with the sales and store management team to ensure smooth daily operations. Participate in inventory checks, merchandising, and store maintenance as required. Attend regular training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry practices and technologies. Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Optometry from a recognized institution. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in optical retail, with combined exposure to clinical optometry and sales. Prior experience working with premium or luxury retail brands is highly desirable.
