Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist, located in Bengaluru. The Optometrist will be responsible for performing eye examinations, diagnosing vision issues, and prescribing corrective lenses or contacts. They will also manage pre- and post-operative care, provide patient education on eye health, and ensure accurate patient records are maintained. Collaboration with other eye care professionals and keeping up-to-date with industry advancements will be essential day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in performing comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing vision problems
• Ability to prescribe corrective lenses and manage pre- and post-operative care
• Excellent patient communication and education skills
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of eye care professionals
• Bachelor's degree in Optometry or related field; relevant certifications or licenses
• Experience in the eye care industry is beneficial
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry
