Company Description Eyeclinic specializes in offering advanced treatments for eye conditions, using state-of-the-art procedures like Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT). This outpatient procedure has shown to effectively lower intraocular pressure (IOP) with a consistent safety profile. Eyeclinic’s mission is centered around providing effective and innovative treatments that improve patients' eye health and quality of life. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optometrist located in Thrissur. The Optometrist will be responsible for performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating eye diseases, prescribing corrective lenses, and managing pre- and post-operative care for patients. The Optometrist will also educate patients on eye health and preventative care. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing eye diseases Experience in prescribing corrective lenses and providing vision therapy Skills in managing pre- and post-operative care for patients Strong patient education and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school State licensure to practice optometry in Thrissur is required
