Located in Tirur, we are a boutique eye care center catering to a diverse patient base, including the elderly and premature babies, from Mallapuram and neighboring districts. As an Optometrist at SampadaVR Specialty Eye Care, your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive eye examinations using advanced optometric equipment and techniques. You will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of optometric practices, procedures, and protocols, as well as understanding and providing information on eye-related disorders, diseases, and treatment options. Efficiently managing and recording equipment maintenance and repairs is also a key responsibility of this role. Applicants for this position must be residents of Tirur or the adjoining areas. The qualifications required include a Bachelor of Optometry (B.Optom) or Diploma from an accredited optometry program, excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, and a minimum of two years of work experience. Candidates with knowledge of vision therapy and low-vision rehabilitation services will be preferred.
