Role Overview: As a highly skilled Senior Optimizely CMS Developer with 7+ years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for leading the development and customization of digital platforms built on Optimizely CMS. Your expertise in .NET and front-end technologies will be crucial in implementing scalable solutions and ensuring high-quality code delivery. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing web solutions for SEO compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize scalable solutions using Optimizely CMS/Commerce, .NET Core, and C#. - Implement front-end functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, VueJS, or NuxtJS. - Integrate and configure other Optimizely products like Personalization, Campaign, and Web Experimentation. - Lead development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality code delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture, gather requirements, and drive project execution. - Deliver optimized and SEO-compliant web solutions in collaboration with design, development, and marketing teams. - Manage multiple development streams and prioritize work in an agile environment. - Deploy scalable solutions on cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of web development experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Optimizely CMS. - Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, MVC frameworks, and REST APIs. - Strong understanding of Optimizely products beyond CMS (e.g., Commerce, Campaign, Personalization, Experimentation). - Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards. - Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
