Key Responsibilities: Perform floor planning, placement, routing, and timing closure. Optimize power, performance, and area (PPA). Work with verification and DFT teams to ensure design integrity. Use tools like Cadence Innovus, Synopsys ICC2. Generate and validate physical design sign-off reports. Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Proficiency in physical design flows and EDA tools. Knowledge of STA, IR drop, EM analysis.
