Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough testing of various VPN protocols like OpenVPN, IPSec, IKEv2, WireGuard, etc. You will also execute end-to-end testing on VPN software across different platforms to ensure compatibility and stability. Furthermore, you will assess VPN performance under varying network conditions, focusing on latency, throughput, and connection stability. Identifying and evaluating potential security vulnerabilities in VPN implementations, testing WAN optimization technologies, and troubleshooting defects related to VPN and WAN optimization connectivity and performance will also be part of your role. Moreover, you will collaborate with development, product management, and other QA teams to provide feedback and contribute to product enhancements. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, along with strong knowledge of VPN technologies, WAN optimization technologies, and networking protocols. Additionally, experience with performance testing tools, security testing techniques, automation testing tools, and strong troubleshooting skills are required for this role. Your ability to document test cases, test plans, results, and defects in detail is crucial to ensure traceability and accountability. Providing detailed reports on test results, issues, and improvements, ensuring transparency in the testing process, is also an essential part of this position.,
