We believe the way to achieve this is by transforming digitally and creating a WOW experience for our users through seamless omni journey both inside our stores and online through our website and shopping App. We are undergoing a strategic transition in our business model to capitalize on this changing behavior and grow our digital business by 3X in the coming 2 years. You will be a part of the digital commerce team at Decathlon, with a specific focus on Campaign Planning including callouts, Traffic planning at a category and channel level, Traffic shaping & increase PPVs, Conversion, Visual Merchandising across channels, Optimising visibility to meet month GMV targets, Creating & maintaining new properties across channels, Site Experience & Analytics, Category experience, and NPS. The Sales Side Leader will be responsible for driving both the visual presentation and sellout performance across all e-commerce platforms. This hybrid role combines creative merchandising with a strong sales focus, ensuring that the online product presentation is optimized to boost visibility, engagement, and ultimately, sales. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in creating compelling online visual experiences with a deep understanding of e-commerce sales dynamics and sellout strategies to drive revenue growth & excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to drive online sales growth, enhancing customer experience, and improving conversion rates. Monitoring and analyzing website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Maximizing PPVs, reducing site bounce, and increasing customer engagement across platforms. Managing team recruitment and development, collaborating with stakeholders, and owning the category online business case from a traffic perspective at a category and channel level. Working with Marketing Team, Program Teams & Digital Category Manager to plan and implement effective online marketing campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and SEM detailing. Collaborating with Program and Product teams to develop best-in-class features to provide a great onsite experience for customers across channels. Qualifications: - Master's degree is preferred - 8-12 years of relevant experience - Demonstrated expertise in category management, sales side management preferably in the e-commerce sector - Proficient analytical skills, with a strong ability in data analysis and market research - Good collaboration skills - Knowledge of analytical tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, etc. - Knowledge of visualization tools like PowerBI & Tableau Office Location: Decathlon Anubhava, Bangalore Work policy: 1 Day WFH per week as per requirement,
