Job description Graduates & above Salary : Upto 6LPA Entering, reviewing, and validating loan rate lock requests from loan officers or brokers Executing lock, extension, change, and cancellation requests Verifying and confirming pricing for each lock request and ensuring rates align with investor policies Administering re-pricing as needed due to program or rate changes Manage and maintain Optimal Blue (automated pricing engine) Tracking lock expirations, extensions, pipeline summary reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of loan delivery and purchase documentation Communicating with loan officers, operations teams, and secondary market contacts to resolve discrepancies, answer scenario questions, and ensure successful loan sales to investors HR, Assessment, Ops and client round.
