Job Summary: HBS Network Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Broadband Technician/Installation Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot broadband connections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installation and resolving technical issues to provide a seamless internet experience for customers. Key Responsibilities: · Install, configure, and test broadband services at customer premises. · Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of broadband connections. · Diagnose and repair network faults, cable issues, and device malfunctions. · Ensure proper wiring and connectivity to optimize internet speed and reliability. · Educate customers on broadband usage, router setup, and troubleshooting. · Maintain service reports and update records of installations and repairs. · Coordinate with the technical and customer service teams to resolve complaints. · Follow safety protocols and company guidelines during installations. · Conduct periodic checks and upgrades to improve service quality. Requirements: · ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). · Experience in broadband installation, fiber optics, or networking is a plus. · Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and networking configurations. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls. · Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach. · Willingness to work in the field and travel for installations. · Physically fit to handle installation equipment and climb poles if required. · Valid driving license (preferred).
