Working Timings & Days: - 9:00am to 5:30pm (Sunday fixed off) *** The incumbent should be flexible to work extended hours or on non-official days if demanded without any hesitation & open to travel frequently PAN INDIA. Prerequisite Skills: Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to new techniques and instruments. Graduate (Optometrist) with minimum 7 + years of experience in the optical industry. Excellent communication skills with hands on experience with optometric training. Excellent knowledge of eyewear including defects, materials, specifications of frames etc. Knowledge of the various brands and their specifications. Strong hand-on experience in MS Office. Job Description: The incumbent shall be responsible for identifying, providing, monitoring, and evaluating the effective training activities related exclusively for our diverse range of eyewear products. Designing training programs appropriate to our various product ranges Delivering training programs in both a formal (e.g. a classroom) or informal (e.g. floor-walking) setting Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes Induction Complete training & Refresher Training of Floor staff (Optometrists, CCAs, Outlet Managers, etc.) Troubleshooting. Driving Sales numbers. Conduct Technical round of interview- Practical/Offline of new recruits.
