How You Will Contribute

• Develop and automate test strategies for telecom networks.
• Create and execute test plans using TCL/Python.
• Identify and automate complex test scenarios.
• Debug and resolve defects with design teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ITU-T, IETF, IEEE, ANSI).
  

The Must Haves

• Expertise in Networking (L2/L3 Protocols), Security Protocols (RADIUS, TACACS+, SYSLOG, Certificate Management), and NBIs (NETCONF, gRPC, RESTCONF).
• Proficiency in test automation using TCL/Python.
• Strong skills in defect analysis and debugging.
• Hands-on experience in Telecom Network Testing.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Optical Communications.
• 2+ years of Telecom System Testing experience, including test planning, automation, and debugging.
  

The Assets

• Exposure to Photonics/DWDM technologies.
• Familiarity with test equipment and performance benchmarking.
