Job description Initial deployments of new optical products, new optical technology, major feature roll outs Stage the customer deployment in lab to replicate field scenarios and test the solution prior to field deployment Responsible to document LLD based on HLD Responsible for RFI/RFP. Be a customer champion for deployment, solutioning and technical concerns Handle product demonstrations, lab and field Proof of Concepts (POCs) Prepare test plans for POCs, demos and carry out internal testing of the same Be the Subject Matter Expert on product capabilities and network solutions Work with the SE team to prepare and enhance solution documents based on lab validation Interact with diverse teams like RD, Product Management and Sales team to understand the customer requirements Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems Monitor and troubleshoot network issues with NSG TAC Team Develop and implement network security measures Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Mandatory skills: Should be willing to travel Should have hands on experience in optical product testing, optical product deployments in the field Should have customer interaction experience Desired skills: Should have customer interaction experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 7 to 10 yrs from Telecommunication or Networking background.
