TechLean IT Services is looking for a highly experienced and self-driven Senior OPT Recruiter / Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to work independently and manage the end-to-end recruitment or bench sales process. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the OPT/CPT hiring lifecycle or US IT Bench Sales, a strong network, and the ability to work without direct supervision. Key Responsibilities: For Sr. OPT Recruiter: Source OPT/CPT, H4-EAD, and F1 visa holders from job portals, databases, and social media (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through constant follow-up and support. Explain job opportunities clearly and assist candidates with interview preparation. Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and ensure onboarding process is smooth. Maintain internal database and reporting of activities. For Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter: Market consultants on various visa statuses (H1B, H4-EAD, GC, etc.) to prime vendors and direct clients. Identify requirements from job boards, vendor lists, and personal network. Negotiate rates and close deals independently. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and post-placement support. Maintain and grow relationships with vendors and consultants. Skills Required: Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in OPT Recruiting or Bench Sales. Strong understanding of the US recruitment/staffing process. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Proficiency in using job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and social platforms like LinkedIn. Preferred: Female candidates with the ability to independently handle the role. Implement and manage KPIs, SLAs, and daily/weekly performance dashboards. Collaborate with account managers and delivery leads to ensure timely client fulfillment. Monitor compliance with U.S. employment laws, including I-9, EEO, and background checks. Work closely with sourcing teams to forecast hiring needs and manage talent pipelines. Lead, coach, and develop recruiting and support staff to foster a high-performance culture. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on operational performance and resource allocation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or related field (Masters preferred). 5+years of experience in U.S. staffing operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of the U.S. recruitment lifecycle, VMS platforms, and compliance standards. Proven experience with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL). Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and improve KPIs. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing high-volume recruitment and offshore teams (if applicable).
