Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the lifecycle management of Apple devices within an enterprise environment. The role involves ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operation of macOS and iOS devices using JAMF, Microsoft Intune, and other MDM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Device Enrollment & Inventory:

Enroll new Mac devices into JAMF.
Assign devices to appropriate Smart Groups.Update serial numbers and asset tags in inventory systems.

Patch Management:

Monitor and deploy macOS updates and security patches via JAMF policies.
Validate update success and troubleshoot failures.

Application Management:

Review and maintain application packages (e.g., MS Office, Zoom, Chrome).
Deploy new applications based on business needs.Remove deprecated or unauthorized software. Configuration Profiles:

Audit Wi-Fi, VPN, and certificate profiles.
Update profiles in line with policy changes.Ensure accurate scoping to target device groups. Compliance & Security:

Monitor device compliance status.
Validate firewall and Gatekeeper settings.Check for jailbroken or rooted devices (if applicable). User & Access Management:

Ensure user accounts are correctly configured.
Validate SSO and identity integrations (e.g., Azure AD). Backup & Recovery:

Periodically test recovery procedures for macOS devices.
Monitoring & Reporting:

Review JAMF dashboard for alerts and performance issues.
Generate weekly/monthly compliance and health reports.Track device usage metrics. Support & Troubleshooting:

Address user-reported issues (e.g., performance, app crashes).
Maintain documentation for common fixes and resolutions. Decommissioning:

Securely wipe and retire old devices.
Remove decommissioned devices from JAMF inventory. Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience with JAMF Pro and Microsoft Intune.
Strong understanding of macOS and iOS platforms.Familiarity with MDM, application packaging, and configuration profiles.Knowledge of enterprise security standards and compliance.Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
