UI Engineers (React/Next.js): Front end features, design system alignment, accessibility (WCAG), unit tests, deployment support and resolution of production issues.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web applications using React and Next.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
• Utilize the Vitest framework to write, automate, and maintain unit and integration tests for React components.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Ensure application responsiveness, security, and maintainability.
• Apply best practices in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration workflows to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in front-end development to continuously improve the application and development process.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (including computational, numerate or life sciences), or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in React.js: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in developing complex web applications using React.
• Next.js expertise: Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js.
• Vitest Framework: Hands-on experience with Vitest for writing unit, integration, and snapshot tests.
• Testing Knowledge: Solid understanding of testing practices, with Test-Driven Development (TDD) being a strong plus.
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript: Strong knowledge of front-end technologies and language features.
• Component-Based Architecture: Familiarity with reusable UI components and efficient state management in large-scale applications.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git, Git workflows, and CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
