Preferred candidate profile Job Title: C4C Consultant Experience: 5-8 Years Location: Chennai Role & responsibilities 1. Implement and support SAP C4C solutions, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of C4C functionalities. 3. Handle end-to-end C4C system configurations and customizations, ensuring alignment with business needs. 4. Integrate C4C with other SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP CPI and other integration tools. 5. Provide hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues in C4C. 6. Work on SAP FSM (Field Service Management) implementations or integrations as needed. 7. Develop and execute test scripts, ensuring the quality and stability of C4C solutions. 8. Provide post-implementation support, user training, and documentation. Primary Skill Set: Strong expertise in SAP C4C (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud). Experience in techno-functional roles, with the ability to handle both technical and functional tasks. Integration experience using SAP CPI or other middleware platforms. Secondary Skills: Knowledge of SAP FSM (Field Service Management). Strong understanding of SAP CPI integration scenarios and APIs. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP C4C. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience in handling clients and stakeholders effectively.
