Role & Responsibilities Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans for the assigned area. Distributor Appointing, Channel development, new brand development. New brand Management, WOD management. Profit and loss/ROI calculation, Territory development. Setting sales targets and goals for the sales team in alignment with company objectives. Managing a team of sales representatives or sales executives. Providing guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team to achieve their targets. Conducting regular performance evaluations and reviews. Conducting market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Gathering and reporting market feedback to the company's management. Monitoring and managing the sales pipeline to ensure that sales opportunities are pursued and closed effectively. Role & responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve cluster sales targets including primary and secondary sales target. Identify and appoint distributors to ensure optimal market coverage. Identify growth opportunities to maximize revenue and market share within the cluster. Oversee inventory management, payment collection, and timely order processing. Build strong relationships with key retailers and channel partners to ensure brand visibility. Identify low-performing areas and implement corrective measures to maximize sales potential. Gather market intelligence and provide insights on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set goals, and resolve challenges. Manage pricing strategies, credit limits, and distributor accounts to minimize risk.
