About the Role: We are seeking a sharp and sector-savvy social media specialist to manage Roundglass Foundations presence on X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn. The role requires someone who can create thought-provoking posts, track trends, and engage with professionals, policymakers, and thought leaders in the development sector. What youll do: Plan and publish content tailored to X and LinkedIn, in alignment with our sectoral voice. Draft opinion-style posts for organizational leadership and subject experts. Monitor key policy updates, trends, and hashtags relevant to philanthropy, CSR, agriculture, education, and gender. Engage with leading voices and institutions in our focus areas. Use platform analytics to measure impact and refine strategy. Collaborate closely with the English Writer and storytelling teams to maintain a coherent tone. Skills and Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in professional social media management. Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies, especially in the social impact space. Demonstrated ability to write crisp, intelligent, and engaging posts. Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics dashboards. Passion for development narratives and digital advocacy.
