Job Title: Consultant Ophthalmologist Specialty: Comprehensive Ophthalmology Location: Saharsa, Bihar Preferred Qualification: MS / DNB in Ophthalmology Fellowship training in Comprehensive Ophthalmology or related subspecialty preferred Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Phacoemulsification surgeries Proven expertise in MSICS and high-volume surgical practice Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our high-volume tertiary care eye hospital in Saharsa, Bihar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Phacoemulsification and MSICS techniques. The role involves managing a busy OPD, performing surgeries across both paying and charitable wings, and contributing to the hospital’s mission of delivering high-quality eye care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and manage OPD efficiently Perform high-volume cataract surgeries (Phaco and MSICS) with excellence Supervise and train junior medical staff, if required Collaborate with other specialists in patient care and hospital initiatives Duty Timings: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
