Your responsibilities will include handling file uploads from schemes, collaborating closely with Developers and the L3 team to analyze and provide solutions, preparing monthly reports on volumes and SLAs for all PaaS clients, making configuration changes, and conducting business validations for all changes/releases going into production. To excel in this role, you should have experience in ServiceNow, basic knowledge of OPF (or completed OPF basic training), familiarity with tools like CI, Jenkins, databases, and cloud setup. Knowledge of BA practices would be advantageous. Additionally, candidates are expected to work in two shifts within the EST time zone: Shift 1 from 7 am to 3 pm EST and Shift 2 from 5 pm to 1 am EST.
