Job Summary:

The Operator / HU Creation role involves handling packing operations and creating Handling Units (HU) to ensure organized storage, movement, and dispatch of finished goods. The candidate will work closely with the packing team to ensure accurate packing and labeling in line with company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create Handling Units (HU) for finished goods as per packing guidelines.
• Operate packing machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate labeling, barcoding, and documentation for each HU.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper stacking and storage of HUs.
• Maintain records of packed units, materials used, and production output.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor packing material inventory and report shortages to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure zero damage during packing and HU creation.
