Operator/Helper

The QC Helper / Operator will assist the Quality Control Chemist in routine laboratory and plant testing work. The role includes sample handling, basic testing, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting analytical operations to ensure smooth QC functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and label samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished dyes from production areas.
• Assist chemists in testing dyes for shade, strength, solubility, pH, and other quality parameters.
• Operate and maintain basic laboratory equipment (e.g., pH meter, balance, stirrer, filter setup).
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of glassware, instruments, and reagents.
• Support preparation of test solutions and reagents as instructed by chemists.
• Record test results and assist in maintaining QC registers and logbooks.
• Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety guidelines strictly.
• Assist in sample dyeing, washing, and drying operations for lab testing.
• Dispose of chemical waste as per safety and environmental norms.
• Report any abnormality in sample quality or lab equipment immediately to the QC In-Charge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
