The Quality Control Chemist will be responsible for testing, analyzing, and maintaining the quality of raw materials, intermediates, and finished Reactive Dyes. The role involves implementing quality systems, maintaining analytical documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine quality testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished dyes. Perform analytical tests such as shade matching, strength analysis, solubility, pH, moisture, purity, and fastness properties. Operate and maintain lab instruments including spectrophotometer, pH meter, muffle furnace, and weighing balances. Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents and solutions as per SOPs. Ensure compliance with ISO / REACH / ZDHC or other relevant quality and environmental standards. Record and maintain all test data, COAs, and analytical reports accurately. Support process development and troubleshoot quality issues in coordination with production. Maintain cleanliness, calibration, and safety standards within the laboratory. Work closely with R&D and Production teams to improve dye consistency and reproducibility.
