Operator - Nasal Spray Manufacturing, Filling & Packaging

You will be working as an Operator in Nasal Spray Manufacturing, Filling & Packaging at our regulated Pharma Manufacturing Plant located in Indore. Your primary responsibility will be to perform routine operations related to nasal spray filling and packaging while ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within a sterile/cleanroom environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operating and assisting in activities such as sterile filtration setup, filling machine setup, bottle positioning, crimping, and sealing of nasal containers. - Conducting in-process checks for fill volume, crimp integrity, and visual inspection. - Maintaining cleanroom discipline and aseptic techniques during operations. - Operating machines for primary and secondary packaging of nasal sprays, including cartoning, labeling, and overwrapping. - Assisting in leaflet insertion, outer box packing, and visual verification of final packs. - Cleaning machines and areas before and after production as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Supporting line clearance and reconciliation activities with production/QA teams. - Recording entries accurately in logbooks, equipment usage logs, and process registers. - Reporting any equipment malfunctions, abnormalities, or product quality issues to your supervisor. - Following cGMP, GDP, and safety practices as per regulatory guidelines. - Wearing appropriate PPE and adhering to gowning procedures for cleanroom entry. - Maintaining hygiene and housekeeping in the designated manufacturing and packaging areas. To excel in this role, you should possess basic machine operation skills, an understanding of cleanroom behavior, aseptic area discipline, and the ability to read and follow SOPs in English/Hindi. Additionally, teamwork, alertness during operations, and a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in sterile/nasal spray filling and packaging in a regulated pharmaceutical environment are required. We are looking for candidates with educational qualifications such as ITI, 12th Pass, or a Diploma in Engineering or Pharma. Experience working in a regulated pharmaceutical environment with certifications from USFDA, MHRA, or WHO-GMP will be preferred.,
