We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our retail mortgage sales team. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch sales team to achieve business targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in retail mortgages. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their individual and collective goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of inclusive banking, retail mortgages, and sales principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using technology and software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
