Operations Technology Project Manager

Responsibilities: - Coordinate activities of an IT project team, identifying necessary resources and developing schedules to meet completion deadlines. - Collaborate in the development of project business and system requirements. - Develop requirement documentation. - Communicate with project staff and clients regarding project status. - Utilize project management tools for project status tracking, metrics, and estimates. - Contribute to process improvement efforts. - Provide guidance to new or lower-level analysts. - Evaluate business and system processes, along with industry standards. - Apply a good understanding of IT project leadership procedures, concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas. - Make evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information and resolve problems by selecting solutions through acquired technical experience. - Exchange ideas and information concisely and logically. - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, with particular consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with laws, rules, and regulations. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management with End to End SDLC phases handling. - Experience working in an Agile environment. - Hands-on experience using JIRA tool. Education: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
