Operations Support Executive

Job DescriptionUtvyakta Solutions, an Industry 4.0 systems integration solutions provider with offices in India, Sweden, USA and Europe is looking for an Operational Support Executive for its Coimbatore office

Requirement:We are seeking an Operational Support Executive who is passionate about addressing operational challenges in the manufacturing landscape. The role will primarily involve providing support to our US clients.

You will be involved in operational support activities such as failure mode and root cause analysis, troubleshooting, maintenance initiatives, and reviewing operating procedures.

Please note: This is a night shift position based in our Coimbatore office to support our US-based clients throughout the end-to-end development and production process enabled by our solution. Only Male candidate can apply.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance and timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of issues and actions taken.
• Provide technical support to other engineers as needed.
• Communicate effectively in English with our US clients.
• Submit daily activity reports to the Project Director.
• Undergo training to effectively support US-based clients.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
• Problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of software solutions will be an added advantage.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in any stream with demonstrated computer proficiency and good communication skill in English.
