Job Description for Operation Solution Role: We need manager / assistant manager who can help us build better products in focused functional / domain areas such as mutual fund, post trade settlements and who bring in global capital market knowledge. Objectives of this role Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (such as, GIFT IFSC, AMFI, SEBI, RTAs, DPs) to analyse needs and align product roadmap based on regulatory initiatives and defined roadmap Work closely with project managers and technical teams to create and maintain product backlog, according to business value or ROI Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management Responsibilities Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure theyre clearly understood by relevant stakeholders (viz., technology, regulators, internal policy group) Liaise with technology teams and other functions to provide accurate and timely data requests from SEBI and bring resolution to regulatory queries Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions Required skills and qualifications Five or more years of experience in product development Understanding of post trade settlement and mutual fund specific domain and functions Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders. Essential: Functional knowledge of Mutual Fund and/or Post-trade settlements Knowledge and work experience in Agile/Waterfall Software development methodology Experienced in creating BRD / PRD documentation Hands-on experience with handling data requests Good communication and problem solving skills
