Operations Senior Consultant For MES-Core

Job Description

Role & responsibilities IT Service Management, including handling Incidents, Critical Incidents, and Changes . Conduct root cause analysis and drive effective problem management. Expert troubleshooting of SAP Gateway ODATA errors . Understanding and resolving issues related to Microservices in Kubernetes environment . Proactive and preventive monitoring of MES Core services using Kibana & Grafana . Strong collaboration with the testing team to resolve issues in testing and development environments. Good knowledge of net-F CAM module , with the ability to handle change requests. Provide support to factory teams and end-users , ensuring seamless issue resolution while working independently. Identify and implement continuous improvement processes to enhance operational efficiency, integration, and standardization. Guide and support the Operations Team in their activities . Preferred candidate profile Strong technical background (IT and/or Engineering education or other relevant educations). Experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and production processes. Familiarity with MES Platform Core domain services, including SAP Order, Production Info, Labelling, and Factory Processes . Experience in Devops & monitoring tools ( Elastic, Logstash, Kibana ) In-depth knowledge of SAP Gateway ODATA troubleshooting . Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and project management. Ability to understand and solve complex problems efficiently. Strong self-organization, agile mindset, and communication skills . Experience in intercultural collaboration . Fluent in English .
