Job Description

Qualifications required Education BSC /Bachelor degree in Engineering or equal Degree Experience (type) Min. 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain in comparable Industries, min. 5 years in Production Planning and min. 5 years Experience in leading a team (direct reports excluding 3rd party vendors) Specific knowledge required Leadership, teamwork and moderation Team member coaching, strengthening Design, coordination and standardization of integrated Supply Chain processes. Leading S&OP Production planning and execution processes Knowledge related to Finished goods logistics SAP and MS Office Intercultural experience Change management Addition skills as advantage Experience in S4Hana Experience in APO module Knowledge in Customer service & Material planning Demand & Production Planning : Assure market supply on time based on sales demand. Regular coordination with regional sales organization and production department. Decision taking on production quantities and production sequencing, considering stocks in central warehouses, production capacities and the material supply situation. Coordination with logistic department for on time deliveries. Manage bottleneck situations. Drive S&OP meetings, Define KPIs for the team and monitor. Manage escalations Production capacity maintain & Check (CR12,CM01), Demands checking /report (SSM_Overview, MD04, Geraetefluss), Delivery report (DEL_INFO), Sales order report (DM_VA05), Production out put records (CAM.MB51), Issue production order (CO01,CO41,CO40), Refresh production order (CO02), Issue plan order (MD11), FGs plant 1401 MRP Run (MD01,MD03), CMOX_02 ( Seq , Sequencing profile), Fixing production date for new VIBs, Changing the runing words in the display, FGs COGI clearing (COGI), Current FGs stock (CSC , RDC) (STOSI,MB52,Geraetefluss), Error checking in SM35 and correct it (SM35),FGs manual confirmation (CO11N,CO1P,CO13), BOM refresh and re generation. How to techinal close the production order (CO02),Plan change if any material shortage after get the information from Material planner Ensure maintenance of SAP master data. CAM Generation : -CAM order generation CAM order close after production Demand planner / Internal communication : - Communicate with demand planner demand VS production plan - Production plan update - Production plan postpone/cancel - FGs over stock / high stock coverage - Material avilability dicussion with material planner for order release KPI-Production Planning : - KPI 10 reporting - KPI2 reporting - FSC reporting - ZWAWI stock coverage - Flash report - Management report - Daily production output Reports : - Stock report of FGs on plant 1401 - making report & analyze & using the data - Demand planner report S&OP: - Monthly S&OP reporting & meeting with GSC team - Factory production plan for future months discussion
