D. or Master degree in Electrical Power Systems with thesis or related work in power systems 8 to 11 years of experience in development or project delivery preferably in Power Systems Analysis Security Constrained Unit Commitment and Economic Dispatch using Mixed Integer Programming (MIP)/Optimization or Applied Mathematics and Operations Research.
