Job Description

As an Operations Manager Tech Sales based in Noida with rotational shifts, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing sales operations in a dynamic and high-pressure environment. Your responsibilities will include driving sales performance, training the team, achieving targets, streamlining business processes, and contributing to overall business development initiatives. It is essential that you maintain integrity and adhere to ethical business conduct at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the sales team to exceed individual and team sales targets - Maintain consistent sales performance under pressure while upholding quality standards - Implement effective sales strategies and ensure team adherence to goals and KPIs - Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales executives for enhanced productivity - Streamline sales operations, improve workflows, and ensure smooth daily functioning - Analyze current processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop SOPs for consistent execution - Work closely with the Business Development team to identify growth opportunities and support new initiatives - Monitor KPIs, provide actionable insights, and prepare regular performance reports - Uphold company policies, maintain ethical standards, and ensure compliance with protocols Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) - Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations or sales management in tech sales, IT, or BPO - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a pressured environment - Strong leadership, people management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office Suite - Clean professional background with no involvement in fraud or unethical practices - Flexibility to work in varying shifts as per business needs In this role, your key skills in sales leadership, strategic planning, process improvement, operations management, team training, performance management, business development, and client engagement will be crucial.
