Operations Manager-Night Shift

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. You should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. Previous experience in related fields is preferred. Your responsibilities will include leading large-scale operations with over 100 full-time equivalents (FTEs), strategic process management, continuous improvement, stakeholder and client communications, quality and compliance oversight, coaching and team development. You will ensure SLA adherence, quality standards, and cost efficiency. Additionally, you will drive stakeholder alignment, client engagement, and performance coaching, implement process improvements, automation, and quality initiatives, support cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance and risk governance, and represent the delivery function in client visits, reviews, and audits. The shift timing for this role is from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.,
