Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

• Direct day-to-day operations across patient services, clinical workflows, and administrative functions.
• Ensure seamless coordination among medical, nursing, and support staff to deliver high-quality care.

Process Improvement:

• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement enhancements to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
• Introduce automation and digital solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Maintain strict adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor quality indicators and implement corrective measures to uphold service excellence.

Financial & Resource Management:

• Manage budgeting, procurement, and allocation of resources.
• Optimize utilization of staff, equipment, and facilities to maximize efficiency.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff to foster collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Design and deliver training programs to strengthen workforce capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a liaison with patients, families, government agencies, and external partners.
• Present operational performance reports and insights to senior leadership.

Hospital Operations:

• Oversee patient services, clinical workflows, and administrative processes within hospital settings.

Diagnostics:

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in
