Operations Manager (Female) - To lead our Digital Team

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our digital team — including Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Performance Marketers, Social Media Marketers, and our Digital Head.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing digital, creative, or marketing teams, with strong capability in streamlining workflows, coordinating cross-functional tasks, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery across all departments.

This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
