About Us:

Through Bhanzu, we aim to eradicate math phobia and encourage careers in math and STEM fields among learners from across the world. Bhanzu is bridging the gap between dreams and competence enabling students to realize their full potential and introduce them to science, coding and AI, through the lens of math.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call and remind students about upcoming sessions, encouraging timely attendance.
2. Welcome new customers with a friendly introduction, sharing essential details.
3. Communicate with both Indian and international customers, addressing questions and collecting information.
4. Track and report attendance data, flagging frequent absenteeism.

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Interpersonal skills and customer-first attitude.
3. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work day shifts.
4. Comfortable using CRM tools; ready to work from the office.
