The Project Coordinator for AWS Support Projects at CygnusPro Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd in Hyderabad, India, will play a crucial role in managing project timelines, deliverables, and communication across cross-functional teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of cloud support and operations initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and tracking project activities, milestones, and deliverables, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders, preparing project documentation and status reports, scheduling and facilitating project meetings, and supporting incident, problem, and change management processes for AWS environments. Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, escalating issues as needed, assisting in cost tracking, budgeting, and resource allocation, and ensuring timely execution of tasks will be essential to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 3-6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in cloud or IT infrastructure projects. Hands-on experience with AWS environments and familiarity with ITIL processes are required, as well as strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Trello is necessary for effective project coordination. The ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 support environment is crucial, along with the willingness to obtain AWS Cloud Practitioner certification and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.,
