*On-site (Okhla Phase 2) | Full-time | Monday–Saturday (9 AM – 6 PM)

*Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA

*Experience: 1 to 5 years.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support day-to-day client operations and assist with key admissions functions. In this role, you will manage multiple student and professional cases, ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, and maintain clear communication throughout the process. You will work closely with internal teams, follow established workflows, and help ensure that each application meets YMGrad’s quality standards.

*While domain-specific guidance will be provided, you must demonstrate strong leadership, discipline, excellent English (both verbal and written) communication, and process management.

Key Responsibilities

Operations:

  • Manage multiple student and professional cases at once, ensuring prioritization and timely progress.
  • Maintain operational excellence across all workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep every case on track and resolve bottlenecks proactively.

Admissions & Visa Support:

  • Work on core admissions processes, including:
  • Profile evaluation
  • University shortlisting
  • Interview preparation
  • Support professionals applying for EB-1, O-1, NIW, and other merit-based visa categories by ensuring documentation and processes are handled smoothly.

Research and Writing Support:

  • Contribute to research drafting tasks.
  • Preparing documents for publication readiness.

Client Management

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients to ensure excellent relationships and satisfaction.
  • Ensure client expectations are managed effectively, and deliverables are met within deadlines.

Who should apply?

  • Master’s degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing cases with high accuracy.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset with a close attention to detail.
  • Fast learner with the ability to take initiative and lead without constant supervision.
  • Prior experience in admissions, visa consulting, research writing, or operations management is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
