Plan full travel itineraries for customers, including flights, hotels, transport, and sightseeing. Talk to vendors like hotels, cab companies, and tour guides to arrange everything smoothly. Help customers before and during their trip if they have any questions or problems. Creating SOPs. Requirements: Proven 1+ years of experience in travel operations. Strong vendor and client coordination skills. Familiarity with booking systems and travel tools is a plus.
