About Talent Craft India

Talent Craft India is an online skill-building platform offering live classes in Coding, Chess, Abacus, and Rubik’s Cube for children aged 5–15 years. We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage daily class operations and ensure smooth communication between students, parents, and trainers.

Role Summary

The Operations Executive will handle class scheduling, trainer coordination, and student support. This includes sharing meeting links, maintaining attendance, and ensuring classes run on time. The role requires strong organization and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily class schedules.
• Share Zoom/Google Meet links with students on time.
• Coordinate with trainers regarding timings, attendance, and updates.
• Maintain student data in Excel/CRM.
• Handle parent/student queries professionally via phone or WhatsApp.
• Monitor class flow and ensure smooth operation.
• Collect feedback from demo classes and regular classes.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report updates to the Operations Manager.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (Hindi required).
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Excel, Zoom, WhatsApp).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and organized working style.
• Problem-solving and a responsible attitude.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
• Experience in operations, coordination, or administration is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn are welcome.
