About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist French-speaking clients (patients) at our partner hospitals in Delhi/Gurgaon. 2. Handle inquiries received from patients while they are still in their home countries. 3. Share daily updates of clients with senior management. Please note that this is a hybrid position where 5-15 days a month would be working in the hospital, remaining days would be work from home.
